To close out 2025 and celebrate the dedication behind a remarkable year, SPP gathered for its annual Holiday and Employee Award Ceremony in December. This special event honored the hard work, commitment and impact of our team, highlighting outstanding employees through several distinguished awards including the Value, Improvement and Performance (VIP) Award, the President's Awards, President's Team Recognition and the John Marschewski Leadership Award. As we celebrate these achievements, we look forward to a innovative and exciting 2026!



The Value, Improvement and Performance award, or VIP award as it's commonly referred to, is given to employees and teams that have identified, implemented and documented an opportunity to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an individual, team or department work processes, resulting in a qualitative or quantitative benefit for the organization.
